With this image. What processing steps did you use? The background and the nebulaosity are so smooth without looking like plastic?

ReplyDeleteActually, just light noise reduction after stacking. My camera is a ccd camera with large pixels and I use a 6nm Ha filter. That and long exposure times give me more signal and less noise.
